Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free Plan

The Free plan is available at no cost, with limited monthly invoices. No payment is involved, so no refund applies.

2. Premium Plan

Premium is a paid upgrade processed via Razorpay. Once payment is successful, Premium features are activated on your account immediately.

3. Refund Eligibility

If you are charged in error or experience a duplicate/failed transaction where money was deducted but Premium was not activated, contact us within 7 days for a full refund.
Refund requests made after Premium features have been substantially used are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email support@techsinghge.in with your registered email address and payment reference/transaction ID. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days via Razorpay.

5. Cancellation

You can stop using Premium at any time by simply not renewing; there is no auto-recurring lock-in beyond what is shown at the time of payment. Contact us if you need help managing your subscription.
